WELCOME Cultural Safari Afrika Holland Park Library, 81 Seville Road, Holland Park. Cultural Safari Afrika is a program of free performances, workshops, events and displays celebrating Brisbane’s African communities. Holland Park Library will be transformed by a gathering of Africa’s rich and diverse cultures. Safari is a Swahili word which means ‘journey’. Cultural Safari Afrika invites you to come on a journey to discover the cultures of Brisbane’s African communities. A special celebration day on Saturday 18 April, 10.30am-3pm is included in the program. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience music, dance, performances and a variety of activities for all ages. Cultural Safari Afrika is part of Council’s Cultural Connections in Libraries, which encourages communities of different cultural backgrounds to create connections and share their culture with the wider community. 3
