Join Brian Ogden, from Museum of Brisbane, as he discusses some of Brisbane’s historic ‘?rsts’, including the ?rst electric tram, jacaranda tree and television transmission. Birthday celebrations Bracken Ridge Library turns 21 – Saturday 30 August 9am-3pm. Festivities to celebrate Bracken Ridge Library’s 21st birthday include a sausage sizzle, craft displays, children’s storytime, Xbox tournament, local history talk, local author presentation and local community group displays.
